1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ReliWare website (reliware.de) and the ReliSync platform ("Services"), provided by ReliWare, Sami Naim, Heinrich-Fuchs-Str. 110, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany ("we", "us"). By accessing the website or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

2. The Services

ReliSync is an end-to-end software-lifecycle platform that supports the stages of requirements, architecture, code, tests and deployment. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time. Where the Services are offered as an early-access or beta version, they are provided "as is" and may contain errors or be subject to interruptions.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems. You are responsible for the content and data you provide.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the website, the ReliSync platform, and the "ReliWare" and "ReliSync" names and branding remain with us or our licensors. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Services on your behalf.

5. Availability and Warranty

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version published on this website applies to your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), where legally permissible.
